  • Dr Giles Alston is the Deputy Director and Senior Analyst for North America, Australasia, and Space, as well as the Product Head of the Global Risk Monitor at Oxford Analytica. He joined the Analysis team in 2021 after transitioning from the Advisory team. In his role, he leads the Global Risk Monitor, focusing on global risk trends for various government and corporate clients. While on the Advisory team, Giles contributed to multiple projects, including joint ventures with the New York Times and a cyber defense company, and helped produce a long-standing political risk index.

  • Herb Jackson is an award-winning journalist and the politics editor of CQ Roll Call, directing coverage of House and Senate campaigns in Washington, D.C. He previously served for 13 years as Washington correspondent for the Bergen Record, part of that as a member of the USA Today Washington bureau. For more than two decades before that, he covered or directed coverage of government and politics in Trenton for several outlets.

  • Antoine Bradley is the senior analyst for Global Economics and North America at FrontierView, covering key macroeconomic and geopolitical factors impacting the United States and Canada, as well as the global economy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Management and Modern Languages from the University of Bath, and a Master’s degree in the Political Economy of Emerging Markets from King's College London. He has lived in France, the United Kingdom, and Chile.

  • Moderated by Whitney Swance, a consultant with FiscalNote Professional Services who brings extensive experience as a legislative and regulatory analyst in the elections, education, and criminal justice sectors, among others.
