Greg Alexander is the Senior Vice President of Technology & Engineering at FiscalNote, where he leads the company’s engineering organization and oversees the development of FiscalNote’s full product portfolio. He is responsible for driving engineering and technology strategy, advancing FiscalNote’s AI capabilities, and ensuring technology investments support the company’s growth, product innovation, and operational performance.

Greg brings deep expertise in building high performing engineering teams and delivering complex, distributed systems, while remaining a hands-on leader who actively contributes across engineering, architecture, and product development. Prior to FiscalNote, he held senior engineering leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and Casetext, where he played a key role in developing CoCounsel, a pioneering generative AI legal assistant. As part of Casetext’s executive team, he contributed to the company’s $650 million acquisition by Thomson Reuters, one of the largest transactions in legal technology.

Greg holds a B.S. in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics, from Penn State University.
