FiscalNote Named a Deloitte 2021 Technology Fast 500 Winner

WASHINGTON, D.C. – November 30, 2021 – FiscalNote, a leading technology provider of global policy and market intelligence, today announced it has been named to the Deloitte 2021 Technology Fast 500 Winners List. Winners were selected based on percentage fiscal-year growth over a three-year period. The list includes the fastest-growing North American companies in the technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech sectors.

FiscalNote is one of only seven Washington, D.C.-based companies to land a coveted spot on the Deloitte “Fast 500 Winners” list for 2021.

“It’s an honor to be included in a list with this caliber of cutting-edge innovators,” said FiscalNote CEO and cofounder Tim Hwang. “As we continue to rapidly grow and implement our mission-driven strategy, we will stay focused on our north star -- to connect people and organizations to their governments at all levels. We believe the opportunities to serve our worldwide customers are endless, and look forward to continuing to transform and empower the way organizations understand and take action on the issues that matter to them.”

With its mission to connect the world to their governments, FiscalNote is a legal data and analytics company that provides more than 3,000 global subscription customers – including nearly half the Fortune 100 and hundreds of government contracts – with a robust technology platform that collects and analyzes vast amounts of publicly available government information to enable better navigation of uncertainty, opportunity, and risk in an increasingly complex geopolitical world.

Local, national, and multinational organizations use FiscalNote’s software to monitor changes in legislation and regulation, connect with key stakeholders, and coordinate and communicate across teams. The company continues to deliver data and software to provide further transparency into the regulated sectors of the future, including cryptocurrencies, autonomous and electric vehicles, online sports betting, and ESG.

FiscalNote’s recognition from Deloitte is just one of a number of notable awards and rankings for the company this year. In March, FiscalNote was ranked the 9th fastest-growing private company in the D.C. metropolitan area on The Inc. 5000 Regionals list. In August, FiscalNote was named one of Software Report’s Top 100 Software Companies of 2021, joining market leaders Microsoft and Salesforce on the list of companies recognized for their software product quality.

“Each year the Technology Fast 500 shines a light on leading innovators in technology,” said Paul Silvergate, Vice Chair, Deloitte LLP and U.S. technology sector leader. “In the face of innumerable challenges resulting from the pandemic, the best and brightest were able to pivot, reinvent and transform and grow. We celebrate the winning organizations and especially the talented employees driving their success.”
