Fiscalnote Wins Two Stevie® Awards Including Gold Level In Recognition Of Superior Sales & Customer Service
2021 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service Honors FiscalNote with Gold and Silver Awards
WASHINGTON, DC – February 4, 2021 – FiscalNote, a global technology company that provides software and political intelligence, was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Sales or Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year category. In addition, FiscalNote was recognized with a Silver Stevie® award in the category of “Most Valuable Response by a Customer Service Team.”
In its 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service program, FiscalNote’s winning submission titled, “The People Behind the Product” highlights the outstanding customer service support provided by FiscalNote’s Professional Services team during a global health crisis. Launched to provide clients with bespoke research and insights that complement FiscalNote products, the Professional Services team is made up of dedicated consultants that provide clients with tailored watchlists, weekly status updates, bill summaries, intelligence gathering, legislator scorecards, session win-loss reports, and more.

Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year; more than 60 categories for sales and business development achievements, ranging from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year to Sales Department of the Year; and categories to recognize new products and services, solution providers, and organizations’ and individuals’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
