Reed is responsible for leading FiscalNote’s sales teams as we build and rapidly scale a growing client base. Reed brings nearly two decades of sales and account management experience across the SaaS and information services industry. Most recently, Reed served as Chief Revenue Officer of Link Labs, a leading innovator in Internet of Things SaaS platforms, preceded by 14 years at CEB (now Gartner), where he led a variety of the firm’s top-performing new sales and account management teams. Reed played an integral role in CEB’s growth from $120M to over $920M in annual revenues over his tenure.
Earlier in his career, Reed served as Client Services Manager for Puente Sur, a market research and professional services firm providing a wide range of outsourced solutions to clients with interests throughout Latin America.
Reed’s experience providing new insights and solutions to international clients across diverse industries and building high-performing teams is well-suited to FiscalNote’s client needs and growth aspirations.
Reed holds a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
